Before real estate, Tristen studied Event Management at Iowa State University and spent several years working in the events industry — planning complex logistics, managing moving pieces, and creating positive experiences for people under pressure. That background translates directly into how she works with clients today: prepared, detail-oriented, and focused on making the process feel manageable at every step.

 

Tristen works throughout the Columbus metro area with particular familiarity in Hilliard, Dublin, and Westerville. She especially enjoys working with first-time buyers who want guidance and education through the process, and with clients relocating to Central Ohio who are getting to know the region for the first time. Central Ohio's variety — walkable historic neighborhoods, growing suburbs, and quieter communities all within a short drive — is something she genuinely loves sharing with people who are new to the area.
