Meet Kelly Ludwig

Before entering real estate, Kelly Ludwig spent years working inside private homes and estates as a boutique hospitality owner, entrepreneur, and private estate manager serving high-trust clients throughout Central Ohio. That experience shaped the perspective she brings to real estate today — understanding not only how homes look, but how they live.

Since 2010, Kelly has served clients throughout Delaware County and Central Ohio as part of Ludwig Real Estate Group at Coldwell Banker Realty. Known for calm strategy, clear communication, and steady follow-through, she guides buyers and sellers through important real estate decisions with confidence and care — whether purchasing a first home, moving up, or transitioning from a long-held family property.

A lifelong equestrian and graduate of the University of Findlay Equestrian Program, Kelly specializes in luxury homes, equestrian properties, and acreage. She evaluates horse properties through a practical and technical lens — considering land function, facility quality, and long-term usability — while helping clients protect both lifestyle fit and long-term value.

Kelly also leads the team’s property presentation strategy, bringing a trained eye for design, staging, and spatial flow that helps position each home thoughtfully before it enters the market.

Outside of real estate, Kelly enjoys time with family, gardening, cooking, lake days, and life with their doodle. She is also committed to supporting organizations that serve individuals with Down syndrome and special abilities.
