About Kelly
Kelly Ludwig has served Delaware County and Central Ohio since 2010, guiding clients through real estate decisions with calm strategy, clear communication, and steady follow-through. As a leader within Ludwig Real Estate Group, she’s known for making complex moves feel organized and approachable- whether you’re buying your first home, moving up, or selling a legacy property.
A lifelong equestrian and Findlay University Equestrian Program graduate, Kelly specializes in luxury homes, equestrian properties, and acreage. She evaluates horse properties through a technical lens, land function, facility quality, and long-term usability, while helping clients protect both lifestyle fit and investment value. She also leads the team’s presentation strategy, with a sharp eye for staging and design that positions each listing to stand out early and sell well.
Before real estate, Kelly built a career serving high-trust clients as an entrepreneur and private estate manager, experience that shaped her discreet, detail-driven approach and ability to anticipate what clients need before they have to ask.
Outside of work, Kelly enjoys family time, gardening, cooking, lake days, and life with their doodle. She’s also committed to giving back to organizations that support individuals with Down syndrome and special abilities.
For Kelly, real estate is ultimately about stewardship — helping people move forward with confidence, clarity, and care through every chapter of home.
