Meet Kelly Ludwig

Kelly Ludwig’s career has always centered around exceptional homes and the people who live in them.

Before entering real estate, Kelly spent years working inside private homes and estates as a boutique hospitality owner, entrepreneur, and private estate manager serving high-trust clients throughout Central Ohio. That experience shaped the perspective she brings to real estate today: understanding not only how homes look, but how they live.

Since 2010, Kelly has served buyers and sellers throughout Delaware County and Central Ohio as part of Ludwig Real Estate Group at Coldwell Banker Realty. Known for calm strategy, clear communication, and steady follow-through, she helps clients make confident decisions whether they are purchasing a first home, moving up, preparing a distinctive property for market, or transitioning from a long-held family home.

A lifelong equestrian and graduate of the University of Findlay Equestrian Program, Kelly specializes in luxury homes, equestrian properties, acreage, and lifestyle properties. She evaluates horse and acreage properties through a practical lens, considering land function, facility quality, daily use, and long-term usability while helping clients protect both lifestyle fit and value.

Kelly also leads the team’s property presentation strategy, bringing a trained eye for design, staging, spatial flow, and buyer perception that helps position each home thoughtfully before it reaches the market.

Outside of real estate, Kelly enjoys time with family, gardening, cooking, lake days, and life with their doodle. She is also committed to supporting organizations that serve individuals with Down syndrome and special abilities.
