As founder and team leader of Ludwig Real Estate Group, David brings deep Delaware County and Central Ohio market knowledge, along with broad experience in luxury residential sales, land development, investment property, commercial real estate, and complex transactions. That range gives clients a practical advantage when evaluating price, timing, risk, leverage, and the decisions that can shape an outcome before an offer is ever written.

David is also a trusted resource within the brokerage community. Over the years, other agents have turned to him for perspective on pricing, negotiation, contract strategy, land questions, and difficult transaction issues. David began his career with Coldwell Banker Realty, formerly King Thompson, and later managed the Bexley Regional Office, where he mentored agents and strengthened his ability to lead through complicated situations. Today, he remains closely involved with clients from strategy through negotiation, helping protect their price, terms, timeline, and confidence throughout the process.

Outside real estate, David enjoys golf, time on the water, and being with his children and grandchildren.
